KLF-380 Wall Mounted Fresh Air Ventilation Unit

  1. Efficiently purifies outdoor air, which is filtered through multiple screens before being delivered indoors to ensure clean intake.

2. Adopts patented internal circulation technology to discharge turbid indoor air and realize effective indoor-outdoor air exchange.

3. Part of the indoor air is recycled and filtered, forming a three-dimensional air circulation for faster purification.

4. Continuously supplies fresh outdoor air to improve indoor air quality and breathing comfort.

5. Integrates air purification and fresh air replacement in one unit for higher efficiency and convenience.

The KLF-380 Wall Mounted Fresh Air Ventilation Unit is a highly efficient and practical device for air purification and ventilation. It can draw in outdoor air, conduct thorough purification through multi-stage filters to remove dust, particles and harmful pollutants, and then deliver clean and fresh air steadily into the room.Equipped with patented internal circulation technology, the unit actively absorbs turbid and stale indoor air via the return air vent. A portion of the polluted air is exhausted directly to the outside, while another part is filtered and purified again before being sent back indoors, forming an all-round three-dimensional air circulation.

Please select a suitable wall for installing the wall-mounted fresh air purifier (Note: Please first confirm that the wall is a non-load-bearing wall with no metal, water pipes, electric wires, etc. inside). Hang the drilling template in the package on the wall. The template has exactly the same dimensions as the whole machine. To ensure smooth installation of the machine, please confirm the accuracy of the position. Mark the drilling positions with a marker:

  1. The two upper holes are for M8 expansion screws, with a drilling diameter of 12mm on the wall; The two lower holes are for air inlet and outlet ducts, with a drilling diameter of 90mm on the wall.

  2. Drill holes at the marked positions on the wall using a 90mm-diameter core drill and a 12mm-diameter drill bit. The through-wall holes should be inclined downward at an angle of about 10°.

  3. Insert the expansion screws into the screw holes, then hang the mounting bracket and tighten the nuts. Measure the thickness of the wall at the exhaust duct with a ruler.

  4. Cut the two 75mm PVC pipes to length according to the wall thickness. The length of the PVC pipes shall be 5mm longer than the wall thickness.

  5. Glue the ventilation cap to the through-wall pipe and extend it out from the inside of the wall. Fill the gaps with expanding foam for sealing.

  6. Hang the two upper hooks of the wall-mounted fresh air purifier onto the pre-fixed bolts and tighten the screws. Ensure that the machine extends beyond the hooks by the same distance on both sides. Press the bottom of the wall-mounted fresh air purifier tightly against the air outlet. After placement, check the tightness and seal with sealant to avoid affecting the fresh air effect.

  7. The installation of the wall-mounted fresh air purifier is completed. Power on the machine for inspection.

Operating Instructions for Fresh Air Purifier

Connect the power supply. The PM2.5 and CO₂ readings will show normal values after 0.15 seconds.

Auto Mode: After startup, the fan runs at low speed for 15 seconds. After the PM2.5 reading remains normal for 15 seconds, the speed will be adjusted according to the measured values. After each speed adjustment, the reading will stabilize for 15 seconds. The fresh air fan will start when the CO₂ reading exceeds 1000 and stop when it is below 1000, after the CO₂ reading stabilizes for 15 seconds.

The unit defaults to Auto Mode on each startup. In Auto Mode, the Power button, Manual/Auto button, Timer button, UV lamp button, and Negative Ion button are functional; all other buttons are disabled. Sleep mode is adjusted automatically.

Manual Mode: The Power button, Manual/Auto button, Fresh Air button, Fan Speed button, Timer button, UV lamp button, Negative Ion button, and Sleep button are functional. The buzzer beeps once on power-on, twice on startup, and once for all other button operations.

Filter Replacement: After 2000 hours of cumulative operation, the filter indicator light will turn on. After replacing the filter, press and hold the Fresh Air button for more than 5 seconds to turn off the indicator light and reset the timer.

Fault Diagnosis: A PM2.5 reading above 500 indicates a sensor fault; a CO₂ reading above 5000 indicates a sensor fault. The timer shutdown function offers three options: 0.5 hours, 1 hour, and 2 hours.

Power-off Memory Function: If the power is cut off while the unit is off, it will remain off when power is restored. If the power is cut off while the unit is running, it will restart automatically when power is restored.
